1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup margerine, room temp

Now add slowly
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour (optional, I put in 1 cup of spelt flour and 2 cups of all purpose flour )

Lastly, add
1/2 Ghirardelli bittersweet chips

Sculpey Clay Nose Tissue Box

Polymer Sculpey Clay Nose Tissue Box
1. Just roll out clay in flat pieces and put them around a box of tissues. (I taped wax paper onto a box of tissues first so it will release later)
2. Leave bottom open so you can slide out the tissue box before baking clay.
3. Then sculpt a nose out of the clay on top.
4. After it is how you like it just make a hole in the nostril through to the tissue box opening. This is so the tissues can come out.
5. Lastly, take the box out from the bottom of your Sculpey creation and bake according to pacakge instructions.
Have fun and enjoy the laughs you will get. You can also do an ear or anything else your mind can dream up.

Fun In The Snow - Snow Dinosaur

Fun In The Snow

Taylor, Paul, and I made a snow dinosaur. We named him Bernie. The way we made him green was with food coloring. We have done this many times over the years and it's always fun. Just take any old spray bottle and fill it almost full with cold water, then add a lot of food coloring. I'd say 1/4 to 1/2 the little bottle. Just add more if the color isn't what you would like. Also a little hint: If you wait till dark when it gets colder your color will go on better. (kind of like an icy shell) You can do it anytime really. Have fun :)

Rainbow Cake

Rainbow Cake
1. Just take any white cake mix.
2. Make according to package directions.
3. Then put even amounts into 5 or 6 cups. However many colors you want.
4. Mix in food coloring. McCormick Neon works great and gives bright colors, but you also need a traditional pack too for a nice orange and red.
5. In two 9 inch round cake pans , pour directly in middle half of each color. Each time pouring half and then pour the next right into the middle of the last. This will push slowly out each color to the edge.
(If you want to make a flower in the cake take a skewer stick and on the outside edge put it into mix and drag to center of cake mix and lift out. Wipe off and repeat 4 more times.)
6 .Bake according to package directions and enjoy.
